Nathan began his career as an apprentice Carpenter and Joiner, building a strong foundation in quality workmanship and practical problem-solving. Over the past 20 years, he has progressed into senior leadership roles, delivering maintenance and fit-out solutions across hospitality, healthcare, education, aviation and care environments. His hands-on background gives him a clear, no-nonsense understanding of operational pressures in live, safety-critical settings.

Tom brings over 20 years of facilities leadership experience, combining technical trade foundations with strategic estates management.
